Our mission is to have a positive impact on our client’s lives by creating a memorable fitness experience. Our goal is to offer a variety of group classes that will challenge you both physically and mentally and keep you motivated to come back again and again.

Core Studio's emphasis is on safe, effective and fun exercise. All Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals. 


If you are new to the Centre, please book a private introduction session with one of our instructors to make you feel more comfortable and ready to go into the classes. The instructor will go through the basic principles of Pilates and give you direction on where and what classes you should start with.

Mat Pilates 

Mat Pilates focuses on core and stability of the body using your own body weight and small equipment such as stability balls, dyna bands, weights to name a few.
Reformer Pilates
The reformers have a spring load which will help tone and strengthen your muscles with control and stabilisation. 




Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement pattern. Workout in a team environment where both your trainer and fellow Bootcampers motivate and challenge you to reach your highest potential!
For all exercisers beginners to advanced.


TurboTone will spice up your cardio fitness adding variety and fun to this heart pumping class. This class will combine cardio with core and strength training with stability in mind. Accelerate your fitness improvements and experience how time can fly during a cardio workout when you are having fun!

Bodyblast will help you train for strength results with an emphasis on good form and functional movements. You will get a full body workout that targets all of the major muscles groups to create a stronger you.

These classes are designed for specific needs of clients and a "graduation" from our wellness programs such as the core brain and stroke wellness program.

Fit over 60

Fit over 60 is an exercise class designed for adults age 60+. This class is perfect for adults who want to improve their level of fitness but are unsure what are safe, effective exercises. This class is for you if you enjoy exercising in a class setting and are interested in improving your balance, activity tolerance and functional capacity.


Learn, Practice, Play, that's the Playball Way! Prepare your child for life, with our comprehensive movement and sport skills based programme for 2-8yrs old, which is internationally recognised in 13 countries across the globe. Read more about each age group below.

Two Can Do

(2-3 years)
Our focus is on laying the basic foundation of movement in order to enable your child to accomplish more challenging sport-related skills as they progress through the Playball programmes.

(3-4 years)
A healthy balance is maintained between fun and learning as your child is introduced to basic movement and sport development skills which will lay the foundation for future, successful sports participation. 



(4-5 years)
The main emphasis is on mastering a wide variety of sport and movement skills with the balance between participation and the quality of each skill. 



(5-6 years)
Fine-tuning skills developed in the previous Playball stages your child will practice demanding specialised sports skills and formalised sport drills with an emphasis on refining the quality of the skill and movement. 



(6-8 years)
This programme teaches the intricate skills needed to play our main ball sports of football, netball, basketball, hockey, rugby, tennis, volleyball, cricket and baseball/softball.
